I do enjoy the many goodies and features on the WordPress Dashboard. One of the many is I am able to see what search engine terms a web surfer used that led them to my blog. There are many predictable terms based upon my blog content, but there are always a few surprises.
Here are a few odd ones that have popped up lately… and I am betting that they are some of the most disappointing searches (looking for one thing and finding something completely different!):
- lego santa
- building bridges with legos
- bagpipes

lego santa, wow they must have been like wtf oops wrong site
LEGOS!!!! LEGO MY LEGOS!!!!
heehee! I spent many hours playing with those.
First with my younger brother and then with
the boy. And at the ages of 33 and 14 they
still play with them.
HUGS!!!!!!!!
queerunity: that is what I figure the reaction may have been like also! The mystery that is the web! 🙂
Laurie: I grew up playing Legos with my 2 younger brothers, and then with my son also. Legos have gotten so very advanced since the 70’s for sure!! 😀
{HUGS}!!!
Too funny, I can just the face of the one wanting bridge building info. I find some of the search terms people have used to get to my site confusing, Like one was “what the F***” I’m pretty sure I have never written that on my blog LOL

bridgeout says: Hi Kelli! I know, how does that happen?? Your example is a funny one! Nope, don’t think I have seen that on your blog! 😉
I sometimes question where the people are coming from when I see the terms that were used in the search engine, particularly when in one day the term “flash drive” led to my blog 40 times. ACK! Thanks for sharing!
