With 40 days left until Concerned Oregonians and Co. must produce the necessary 82,769 valid signatures for each initiative petition (to put Oregon’s Domestic Partnership and Non-discrimination Laws to a vote in November), Basic Rights Oregon and the ACLU have appealed the certified ballot title for the 3rd initiative petition (146).

Looks like things may not be as pretty for “the other guys” as they may think, eh? If this doesn’t drive me to my knees at the alter in prayer, I don’t know what would.
I sure am hoping that the 40 days will pass and they will lose their last sad attempt at undoing our equality laws here in Oregon. WHEW! I hear ya Lewis!
