With 40 days left until Concerned Oregonians and Co. must produce the necessary 82,769 valid signatures for each initiative petition (to put Oregon’s Domestic Partnership and Non-discrimination Laws to a vote in November), Basic Rights Oregon and the ACLU have appealed the certified ballot title for the 3rd initiative petition (146).
